Version 0.9.0.0 marks a major expansion of Cat Spirit RPG's Early Alpha, introducing new world regions, dynamic regional weather and music transitions, additional enemies and bosses, expanded loot progression, and the first full ability sets for the Warrior, Tank, and Rogue Domains. This update also adds Stealth and Domain Focus systems, new equipment interactions, improved enemy threat management, smoother HUD feedback, updated UI, enhanced ability VFX and audio, and several combat and progression improvements. The Cat Spirit RPG Steam Playtest is now live, with access currently available through approved Early Alpha playtest keys requested through the Discord server.

This update introduces major improvements across multiplayer, progression, combat, inventory, Spirit Shards, and character customization. Highlights include the new party and chat systems, player leveling and XP, Spirit Shard enhancement and deconstruction, expanded settings, new character skins and enemies, character inspection, and persistent character saves. The update also improves PvP, enemy navigation, damage numbers, death and respawning, inventory performance, combat range handling, and consumable behavior while resolving several multiplayer, animation, music, quick-slot, and NavMesh issues.
